(Contract) Senior System Analyst / System Analyst – RegTech Application

Responsibilities:

• Support the operation and maintenance of security infrastructure and access control systems
• Regularly assess systems, networks, and IT infrastructures to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
• Review and approve security-related requests in line with security control guidelines
• Monitor security events generated by various systems on a regular basis
• Support security assessments for system changes and provide expert recommendations
• Collect, review, and assess cyber threat intelligence from various sources, coordinating appropriate actions with internal departments
• Coordinate and lead incident response activities to mitigate the impact of security breaches
• Manage and monitor the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure timely detection and response to security incidents
• Manage the administration of security keys and digital certificates
• Conduct post-incident analysis to identify root causes and implement improvements

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Security Operations
• Experience in the banking industry is highly desirable
• Hold recognized certifications in the Enhanced Competency Framework for Banking Practitioners (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CGEIT, CCSP, ITIL)
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and under pressure
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of modern security technology and operations
• Proficient in at least three of the following security tools: Privileged ID system, Network-based Intrusion, Prevention/Detection System, Data Loss Prevention System, Anti-advanced Persistent Threat System, Web Application Firewall, EDR, and Data Center Security System
