The most prestigious serviced apartment in Hong Kong is inviting high calibre applicants for the following positions:-

Responsibilities:

  • To provide a full range of personalized front desk services including check-in, check-out, answering inquires, promoting in-house events, baggage and mail delivery to guests.
  • To be responsible for handling guest special services, acting as an information centre and resolving guest problems whenever possible. Coordinate with other departments as required.
  • To prepare and maintain records pertinent to the guests staying in the serviced apartment and ensure that all guests receive prompt, efficient and friendly service.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Customer focused with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese, preferably Mandarin also
  • Able to work independently, willing to handle overnight and other shift duties
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage.
