Marketing Communications Executive

Responsibilities

• Advertising – media planning and buying, brainstorm for advertisement design & copywriting
• Branding – to ensure the Hotel is in line with latest brand standards and operating guidelines
• Corporate/Internal Communications – to ensure the Hotel’s media kit is current and to assist in maintaining the Hotel’s communication platforms, including but not limited to proof-reading and translations
• Promotions – Develop and implement marketing plans, Analyze marketing campaign performance to track program effectiveness and improve marketing strategy
• Media Relations – to update and maintain media base, manage and conduct media interviews, draft press releases, conduct proactive and reactive pitching, keep up-to-date with latest trends and industry news
• Customer Retention Management – to maintain and monitor Hotel database for e-marketing activities
• Reports – to prepare monthly reports for management’s review
• Managing and performing various daily marketing activities like Promotions, Events (PR/Media), Advertising, and CRM program
• Other related duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience preferably in marketing communications or event management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, Self-motivated, disciplined, outspoken and attentive to details
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in photo shooting is highly preferred
