Senior Officer, Settlement

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing daily settlement operations for Credit Card
• Ensure fund transfer amount accuracy and on time transmission
• Comply with all applicable anti-money laundering procedures and, particularly, report any suspicious activities to the line manager immediately
• Handle internal and external enquires regarding card scheme settlement
• Reports and GL reconciliation preparation for internal and external parties
• Participate in credit card systems UAT and enhancement
• With experience on handle credit card dispute, investigation and chargeback cases

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with 3 years’ relevant credit card settlement experience
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
