Job Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Develop and implement new initiatives to deliver excellent digital lending experiences with mobile App and website that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Explore and validate the customers’ needs, pain points and requirement by applying the appropriate research methodology to help inform UX direction and solve key issues in hand
- Collaborate and work closely with the design team, developers, business users and external vendors to define project requirements, ensure designs align with the objectives and smooth delivery of the projects
- Perform user acceptance test (UAT) to validate the new solutions against the business requirements
- Analyze the performance of the digital platforms and optimize the digital lending experiences to improve conversion and retention rate
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year working experience, with exposure in banking and finance industry is a plus
- Experience in digital platform management, such as website, mobile App, and responsive applications
- Self-motivated, open-minded, flexible, independent and team player
- Excellent business and system sense with ability to analyze business requirements
- Keen interest in new mobile technologies and developing career focus on digital and FinTech area
- Experience working with developers and data science teams is a plus
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and project management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Specialist
- Fresh graduate and IANG visa also welcome
