Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer services inquiries
- Handle online loan applications, including processing, approval and disbursement
- Respond to hotline inquiries and provide support via phone and email or business messaging applications
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service related working experience in e-commerce or banking or finance industry, preferable in consumer lending
- Proficiency in business messaging applications (e.g., WhatsApp)
- Good interpersonal skill, willing to learn and mature
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- On-the-job training will be provided
- More experienced candidates will be considered for the role of Senior Specialist, Digital Business
