Job Responsibilities:
- Manage various procurement related tasks assigned by supervisor such as procurement of branch staff uniform, marketing premium, software license renewal, different kinds of services etc
- Manage all-round general office administrative works such as office supplies, repairs and maintenance and relocation
- Assist in checking and reconciling of petty cash fund for Head Office and branch offices
- Maintain accurate office record and filing system
- Perform general reception duties when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in any disciplines
- At least 4 years’ of solid general administration experience
- Ability to deal with different levels of external business partners / contractors
- Ability to work independently and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua a plus
