Officer, Administration and Facilities Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage various procurement related tasks assigned by supervisor such as procurement of branch staff uniform, marketing premium, software license renewal, different kinds of services etc
  • Manage all-round general office administrative works such as office supplies, repairs and maintenance and relocation
  • Assist in checking and reconciling of petty cash fund for Head Office and branch offices
  • Maintain accurate office record and filing system
  • Perform general reception duties when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in any disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ of solid general administration experience
  • Ability to deal with different levels of external business partners / contractors
  • Ability to work independently and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua a plus
