Associate Officer - Officer, Credit Control

Job Responsibilities:

• To participate in delinquent account recovery operation, includes:
• handling of the return of allocated cases,
• dealing with approval for discount settlement,
• liaising with debt collection agency for recovery action and
• issuing repayment confirmation letter
• To answer enquiry from customer / business divisions / debt collection agency
• To perform audit review on debt collection agency
• To handle customer bankruptcy related operations
• To administer deceased account for filing Caveat to Probate Registry

Job Requirements:

• F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE
• Over 5 years of experience in related industry
• Preferably with debt recovery experience in money lending / banking industries
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
• Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel, presentation slides preparation
