• Serving foods & beverages to customers
• Communications between chef team and hall team
• Maintaining all operation aspects of the restaurant

Requirements and Desired Skills

• Relevant experience in the fine-dining industry
• Good serving skills & manner
• Team spirit
• Good standard in both Chinese & English, Japanese will be a plus
• Good computer skills (words, excel, powerpoint)
• Knowledge in Japanese sake will be a plus
