Job Responsibilities:
- Process credit card applications including data input, documents mapping, filing and follow up with customers for outstanding documents
- Coordinate credit administration tasks and operations with relevant stakeholders
- Perform UAT for system enhancement
- Provide administrative support and project assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably with credit card or banking industry
- Good communication, detail minded and able to work independently
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
