Assistant Technical Manager – Building Surveying / Construction

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage a team of professional/ technical staff to execute  the building repair and planned maintenance duties for our managed properties
• Oversee/ perform project management duties for renovations, project works and consultant management
• Address client’s requests on technical services and participate  in regular & ad hoc meetings
• Develop technical specifications and requirements for all self-performing maintenance and improvement works
• Provide technical review/ analysis/ recommendation on green and energy efficiency initiatives and technologies
• Conduct regular review and administrative duties related to procurement strategies and process
• Engage in business development and new business initiatives
• Perform ad hoc duties as requested by superiors.

Key qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Construction Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Corporate Member of HKIS/RICS/HKICM/MCIOB/CEng is an advantage

Personal skills you excel

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Conversant with statutory regulations and requirements in Hong Kong
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as the position of Assistant Technical Manager
