Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Ensure customers have all the information they need for a seamless experience at the medical centers.
- Assist in Blua app onboarding/promote binding: Help customers set up and navigate the Blua app for enhanced health engagement and appointment booking.
- Educate Bupa customers on functions of the Blua app: Explain the features and benefits of the app,
- Support patients with completing necessary forms accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer enquires and direct to appropriate parties if necessary.
- Help members prioritize pharmacy and payment times at the clinic
- Gather customers feedback and report recurring issues to the IC for service improvement.
- Promote Bupa products and ensure interested customers are connected with responsible parties, and contact Bupa CS if needed.
Qualifications, Training and Experience
- HKDSE / HKCEE or above
- Good PC knowledge
- Minimum of 1-2 year’s relevant experience in providing duties for medical clinics
- Knowledge of Bupa products and services is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide clear and accurate information.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps and technology platforms.
