Responsibilities:
Act as a team lead in the Electronic Signature/ Customer Document imaging section to review the work of subordinates; perform first level acceptance for electronic signature and document scanning.
Assist the Assistant Manager to manage and provide training to the designated team in achieving the goals and objectives of the Centre.
Streamline the workflow and/or working procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the daily work and at the same time in fulfilling the prevailing internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
Answer the enquiries from different departments or branches on the designated works professionally and customer friendly.
Maintain Account opening document at the Centre's storeroom properly and
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years or above of banking or branch related experience, and familiar with banking operations
Positive and can do working attitude, attentive to details, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Customer focus with good communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Proficient in MS Office applications including English and Chinese word processing.
