We are seeking a Staff Restaurant Stewarding Supervisor at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong to lead our stewarding team and ensure seamless operations. Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the staff dining facility.

作為香港尖沙咀金普頓酒店的員工餐廳管事督導，全面負責員工餐廳的清潔衛生、餐具管理及設備完好的工作。帶領管事團隊確保員工餐廳日常運作順暢。

A little taste of your day-today 
您的日常工作簡要  

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 
每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下：   

• Supervising and training the stewarding team to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  監督和培訓管事員，確保符合衛生安全標準
• Managing inventory of cleaning supplies, dishware and equipment
  管理清潔用品、餐具和設備的庫存
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure proper sanitation and maintenance of Staff Restaurant kitchen and dining areas
  定期巡查員工餐廳廚房及用餐區域，落實清潔消毒流程，並確保設備完好
• Addressing and resolving any operational issues promptly
  及時處理和解決運營遇到的問題
• Coordinating with Staff Restaurant culinary team for efficient workflow
  與員工餐廳廚師團隊協調，以確保營運順暢

What we need from you 
我們對您的要求  

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at hotels 
  具備至少兩年在酒店的相關工作經驗 
• Certificate in hospitality management or equivalent
  酒店管理證書或同等資歷
• Strong organizational and communications skills
  良好的組織和溝通能力
