What You'll Do
To provide quality services to our residents and guests
To be responsible for the daily operation of the property, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, complaint handling etc.
To supervise the overall performance of contractors to ensure their services are properly provided
To direct and supervise building staff
To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years' relevant experience in luxury residential building
Customer-oriented, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office
