The Repulse Bay is seeking for a F&B Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of the Food & Beverage team.

Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for all activities of the Food & Beverage Department, which include supervision of service, job delegation, monitor staff level and leave management.
- Possess management ability that ensures a successful handling of all the outlets operation including banqueting operation.
- Ensure effective control over Food & Beverage sales and to ensure that profit is maximized.
- Ensure operation is running under high level of food and service standard including ISO 45001, HACCP and etc.
- Foster the teamwork by training, mentoring and motivating the food and beverage talents.
- Keep aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in Food & Beverage sector.
- Formulate sales and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth, and improve in productivity and customer services.
General Requirements
- Minimum 8 years relevant management experience in F&B operation including busy banqueting operation in a luxury hotel or catering organization.
- Able to lead a team to provide a high level of customer service and achieve sales target.
- Strong commitment to food quality excellence and proficiency in cost and budget controls.
- Drive change, creative and strong initiatives to interact with customers.
- Excellent leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
- Strong business sense and Food & Beverage marketing knowledge.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
