Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Assists the Supervisor in planning and managing the day-to-day operations of the Reception Counter.
- Answering all incoming telephone calls, screen and direct call; check the answering machine message to assure you have received and to follow up the messages
- Monitors the visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support if and when required.
- Enforcing the Club’s Rules and Policies – need to explain to Members or Visitors.
- Proficiency in communication of English
- Shift duty and working over weekends and public holidays is necessary
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a private clubhouse or hospitality environment.
- Higher diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese, with the ability to interact professionally with Members and Visitors.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming and positive experience for all guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Working Hours:
- 9 hours per day (including 1 hour lunch break)
