Finance Officer - Facility Management

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in planning, directing, coordinating and controlling the accounting operations of FMD and its subsidiaries (EAFM and EAPA), reviewing and monitoring branch payment and the process.
• Handle customers’ and different section enquiries
• Assist in preparing, checking and / or reviewing accounting transactions and reports for any irregularities
• Perform cash flow management and bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports, budgets, forecasts, month end closing and reviewing branch payment on a timely basis
• Handle the cost allocation to business units
• Arrange adequate resources to support daily accounting operations
• Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
• Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting OR
• Relevant Professional Qualification (LCCI – level 2 (Accounting) or above);
• At least 3 years relevant experience covering the following areas: 
• Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and good in communication;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
• To handle full set of account independently.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
