Identify retail banking business system requirements and produce specifications, covering money collection and payment via ATM, Self-Service Machine, FPS, APP, SVF, Card, Cardless, E-wallet etc.

Contribute to system revamp according to strategic direction, business plan and regulatory updates.

Establish detail acceptance test procedures; manage, coordinate and conduct joint testing; document user procedures and provide user training.

Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient development and implementation of solutions.

Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5 with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in retail banking or personal banking business.

Good hands-on knowledge and experience in business and data analytics.

Strong inter-personal skills with a drive to deliver quality solution, and the ability to build cordial relationship with technical colleagues and business partners.
Candidate with more extensive experience and proven credentials could be considered as Chief Business Analyst
