Lead the team to monitor the branch business process re-engineering projects, manage the user acceptance test and system deployment preparations
Manage the projects covering a board range of business initiatives and operational functions
Work with stakeholders to identify and analyse the opportunities for continuous improvement and idea implementation
Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years' banking experience of which at least 5 years in leadership position in the area of Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis and Project Management
Understand the business and provide brainstorm ideas for the innovation projects to proceed with
Good leader and team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
PMP and Six Sigma certification qualifications are preferred
Good in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
