  • Lead the team to monitor the branch business process re-engineering projects, manage the user acceptance test and system deployment preparations
  • Manage the projects covering a board range of business initiatives and operational functions
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and analyse the opportunities for continuous improvement and idea implementation
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' banking experience of which at least 5 years in leadership position in the area of Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis and Project Management
  • Understand the business and provide brainstorm ideas for the innovation projects to proceed with
  • Good leader and team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • PMP and Six Sigma certification qualifications are preferred
  • Good in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
