Responsibilities:

Deliver quality services and conduct outbound call to introduce personal loan at Contact Centre

Handle online personal loan related applications with prospective customers
-
Responsible for application follow up and credit assessment

Grasp opportunities to cross-sell appropriately
-
Identify existing and prospective customers’ financial needs in order to achieve business targets
-
Address customer feedback / complaints professionally
-
Assist the superiors in implementing the implementation in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies
Requirements:
-
Degree or above is preferred
-
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in retail banking services or personal loan products, sales experience a definite advantage
-
Self-initiative, customer-focused, independent, positive attitude and able to work under pressure
-
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written including Putonghua

Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Office and Chinese inputs

May required on-shift duty as needed
