Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities from both new and existing customers
- Structure credit facilities/cross sell the Bank's services and products to meet customers’ needs
- Prepare credit proposals, review existing facilities, monitor customer's risk profile to achieve business targets and mitigate potential risks
- Maintain and enhance long-term customer relationships
- Provide guidance and support to junior members
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Management, Banking, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in credit and marketing management experience, preferably in Corporate/Commercial/SME Banking segment
- Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analyze and make sound judgments on complex financial information
- Team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong service and sales orientation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
