Location: 

• Tai Kwun, Central 

Day Shift: 

• 11 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Night Shift: 

• 4 p.m. - 1 a.m.
• 5 p.m. - 2 a.m.

Job Duties :

• Maintain bar inventory and supplies
• Filling drink orders
• Prepare molecular mixology beverages
• Maintains a clean and organized work station
• Developing new cocktail recipes
