As one of the major local architectural firms in Hong Kong, we are now seeking individuals to apply for the above position for Transitional Housing at Various Lots in D.D. 128 and D. D. 129 and Adjoining Government Land, Lau Fau Shan, Yuen Long.

Requirements

The minimum qualifications required for the post of RCOW/RACOW shall be as follows:

• A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institue of Vocational Education, or equivalent  / Engineering qualifications .
• 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience
• Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 * or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[Note* Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth]

Salary should follow government master pay scale (MPS). Incremental credit may be applied for relevant experience and qualification. 要求

上述職位之最低聘請條件如下:

• 持香港建造業議會/香港建造學院/香港理工學院/香港理工大學/香港科技學院/香港工業學院/香港專業教育學院所頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書或同等學歷。
• 取得該等資格後具有3年或以上相關工作經驗。
• 及在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試英國語文科及中國語文科達到第二級*或以上成績或同等學歷。

[註*  2007年以前的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)所考獲的E級在行政上接受為等同於2007年或以後的香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲的第二級成績]
