Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, parking lots, and back-of-house areas to detect and deter suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, such as medical issues, guest disputes, or unauthorized access, following established protocols.
Monitor and control access to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel and guests enter.
Operate and monitor CCTV systems to identify potential security risks and document incidents.
Assist guests and staff during emergencies, including evacuations, and provide first aid or CPR if trained and required.
Requirements:
At least 1 year security experience in hotel or property management
Valid security guard permit and QAS certificate
Holder of First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
Strong observation and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
