Concierge / Concierge Assistant

We are looking for a Concierge / Concierge Assistant based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Concierge / Concierge Assistant, we rely on you to:

• Create an impressive first and last impression to guests
• Provide updated and relevant information regarding local areas, city tours, restaurant reservations and airline reservations / confirmation to guests
• Open doors and assist guests on entering and leaving the property
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage
• Assist guest with luggage, ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage
• Ensure proper records are maintained for all guests’ deliveries
• Arrange transportation for guests upon request

We are looking for someone who has:

• Responsibility and outgoing and courteous with pleasant personality
• Team spirits and customer-oriented mindset
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Willingness to work on shifts
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
