- Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years hotel front desk experience with 2 years at supervisory level
- Customer-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Opera System is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
