SENIOR / GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years hotel front desk experience with 2 years at supervisory level
Customer-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
Familiar with Opera System is preferred
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Manager
