Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate & MICE)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for total client portfolio management, business acquisition on mainly corporate segment in order to achieve the sales volume and profit targets.
  • Focus on account penetration to maximize revenue from new and existing special corporate accounts for the overseas and local markets.
  • Focus on growing M.I.C.E. revenues and maximizes financial performance of the department
  • Responds to incoming event opportunities for the hotel
  • Ensures all event’s setup, equipment and venue are presentable
  • Event administrative responsibilities (event order, nametags, table seating cards, menu cards and etc.)
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years hotel room sales and corporate business experience
  • Goal orientated
  • Strong analytical skills with good business and numerical sense
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be resourceful and customer-oriented
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
