Manager, Credit Approval (Retail Loan)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process credit applications according to Bank’s credit policies and lending guidelines;
• Responsible for review, approve and make recommendation on retail loan applications;
• Liaise with related parties in ensuring the exercise of prudent credit evaluation and timely assessment of all loan applications;
• Provide support in conducting regular credit review and external customer contacts;
• Assist team head to update application / approval procedures and guidelines for retail products;
• Review and streamline the approval process;
• Co-ordinate and arrange administration tasks and ensure the deliverable.
   

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years credit experience in retail lending with approval authority;
• Good analytical and communication skills;
• Self motivated and ability to work under pressure;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
