Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Floor Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Maintain the standard of cleanliness in the guestroom and surrounding areas in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the Hotel
• Communicate with Room Butlers for all concerned items as requested by the guests
• Provide chemical training for Room Butlers
• Provide for guest supply control

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Housekeeping Department, preferably in an international Hotel with similar capacity
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese, fluent spoken Putonghua would be an advantage
• Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, quality driven, customer and business results oriented
