About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within The Mandarin Salon in Hong Kong, the Shanghainese Pedicure is responsible for, but not limited to performing as trained treatments to guests in a professional. The Shanghainese Pedicure reports to the Salon and Barber Manager.

As Shanghainese Pedicure, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Salon and Barber Manager.
• To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Salon and Barber.
• Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests.
• Ensure that the Manicure Room/ area is tidy, clean and stocked at all times.
• To recognize the importance of "sales" in every aspect of their role and be responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the Salon and Barber Manager or Director of Spa and Wellness

As Shanghainese Pedicure, we expect from you:

• Must possess a good written and verbal command in the English Language
• Must be computer literate
• Preferably have a thorough knowledge of the Spa/ Beauty industry.
