Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Management Group

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in HR day-to-day operations
• Support the HR digital transformation project through HRIS system (data analytics)
• Assist in HR system implementation
• Handle various enquires and information request from internal and external parties
• Assist in preparing HR reports for management review
• Assist in HR ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources, Computer Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of HR-related experience, preferably in banking & financial services industry
• Hands-on experience in the implementation and support of HRIS projects will be highly preferred
• Good organization and analytics skills, sensitive to figures and well-versed in employment related ordinance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
