Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team, focusing on Wealth, Retail, and Business Banking (WRB) hiring. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our WRB division.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for WRB roles.
- Partner with WRB business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and WRB hiring.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on WRB or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of the wealth, retail, and business banking sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Chinese language skill is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
