Personal Assistant, Group SME Banking

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and co-ordinate diaries- schedule meetings, monthly business reviews and other internal and external engagements
  • Organise travel itineraries (incl. booking flights, hotel accommodation, airport transfers, visa application)
  • Exercise judgement and prioritise meeting
  • Effectively follow through of deliverables ensuring datelines are not missed
  • Provide team administrative support for Group Head, Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) Banking office
  • Provide support to Group Head, SME Banking in other personal matters as and when needed
  • Any other ad hoc business projects/ tasks

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant capacity 
  • Comfortable to deal with senior management across different countries and cultures
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Experienced navigator of the organisation
  • A self-starter with a 'hands-on' style, able to operate with minimal guidance
  • Responsive with meticulous attention and highly detailed oriented
  • Able and willing to adapt plans and workload at short notice
  • Reliable and diplomatic individual who can maintain confidentiality of information
  • Able to multi-task and manage numerous deliverables effectively.
  • Time management and strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
