General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leading entire operation, which includes marketing, accounting, sales & training team, strategic vision and long-range planning.
• Need to meet customers, assist sales staff to meet customers, and lead the team to achieve target sales.
• Prepare annual budgets with controls to prevent overages.
• Reduce costs and perform risk analysis to improve overall profitability.
• Develop effective business plans to align strategic decisions with long-term objectives, improve operational quality and team efficiency.
• Manage budget implementations, employee evaluations and contract details.
• Implement operational strategies and effectively build employee loyalty.
• Oversee preparation of marketing copy, images, videos, emails and other collateral.
• Continually maintain and improve company's reputation and positive image in markets served.
• Evaluate consumer preferences and behaviors, combine with market trends and historical data, to adjust and enhance campaigns.
• Consider business demands and customer preferences when developing pricing structures and marketing plans.
• Enhance profitability to achieve marketing objectives and drive productivity and growth from concept to implementation.
• Capture new customers by optimizing business strategies and launching products to diversify offerings.

Requirements:

• 10 years relevant experience in Sales industry, at least 5 years of experience in management
• Must have good sales and leadership skill
• Candidate from large-scale organization, rich experience in Beauty apparatus, B2B industry is important
• Experience in building relationships with the department heads
• Good analytical, inter-personal, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in written / spoken English is a must; Mandarin is important
• Immediate availability is preferred
