Responsibilities:
- Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned, monitor the project progress and project implementation
- Acting as the primary liaison between overseas branches and IT units, provide strong support to IT Department of overseas branches.
- Support various operation functions of different units when needed, e.g. requirement submission, information collection and distribution, prepare various reports and financial budgets
- Assist the project manager in project management
- Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience. No experience candidates are also considered.
- Self-initiative, strong analytical mind, good problem-solving and multi-tasking skill
- Work independently, efficiently and flexible with strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge on requirement management，project management, data analysis is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
