As a Guest Services Supervisor, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervises the Front Desk operations
- Leads the team to attend all guest’s inquiries, complaints and requests in a professional manner
- Greets all guests at all times in a friendly & provide check-in and check-out services
- Provides guests with a quality room orientation
- Endeavours to maintain the high standards of the hotel with particular regard to the importance of IHG Loyalty Program member and other VIP’s and with reference to hotel and to be a health or safety hazard
Job Requirement
- Degree or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
- 3-4 years experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Overnight allowance is entitled to overnight shift.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Supervisor
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager
