Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations including new application documents checking & validation, license registration coordination,
- Manage the application documents filing system,
- Handle internal enquiries from branch staff on life insurance products,
- Support projects and system enhancements (e.g. eFNA System, Policy Enquiry System) including UAT, and
- Provide administrative support to the department.
Requirements:
- Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder in any discipline, preferably in insurance, banking and finance,
- With 2-3 years of experience in distribution support or branch support preferred,
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint,
- With knowledge in life insurance products,
- Team player, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills, and
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate, Life Insurance – Business Support)
