Job Description:
- Provide full spectrum of human resources support including recruitment, C&B, training, performance management & employees relations.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documents in database system
- Responsible for accurate data management and monitor staff attendance record
- Assist in organizing company events and serve the company customers
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team such as filing, office maintenance, pantry supplies, stationery ordering, and reception duties
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication
- Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as requested by HR manager
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Young and Energetic, with 2 years' relevant working experience is preferred
- Possess high professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
- Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills with staff at all levels
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good knowledge in Employment Ordinances and MPF Schemes Ordinance
- Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer
Working hour : Mon to Fri 08:30-17:30
Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (With Shuttle Bus in the morning)
