Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the retails stores and managing inventory level and merchandises display for achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data, prepare sales reports and forecast demands for the retail stores
- Monitor sales of retail stores and online store, maintain inventory level to fulfill the demands
- Analyze customers data to assess buying behaviors and trends
- Organize promotional campaigns and sales events to drive sales
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.
- Formulate visual merchandising display plans for the retail stores to engage customers and optimize sales.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate retail staff to maintain high level of performance and productivity
Job Requirements:
- Full Time University Graduate or Equivalent (Any Majors) 全日制大學(任何學科)
(Part-time degree will not be considered 兼讀課程並不適用)
- Min 3 years of Retailing or Wholesales management experience in Hong Kong in Outdoor Sports,or Casual Wears 三年以上在香港之野外用品或便服之批發或零售管理之經驗
- Good English mastering skill 良好英文會話及書寫能力
- Experience in Web Store Management & E-marketing 電子媒介及網店管理經驗
- Experience in Visual Merchandising 店舖陳列之管理經驗
- Passion in outdoor activities 熱愛野外活動
- Willing to travel to USA / Europe / Japan 需往美 / 歐 / 日公幹
