Essential duties and responsibilities

• To manage and coordinate in all aspects of the Guest Relations tasks including Personal Assistant role for Special Attention Guests according to hotel standards. Implement and maintain the highest level of service in line with the management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.
• Ascertain arrival/departure information for all Special Attention and VIP guests. Review transportation needs and communicate with VIP guests directly.
• Constantly monitor staff performance in all phases of service and job functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to departmental standards; rectify any deficiencies with respective personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in hotel guest relations experience with supervisory experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury environment
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is advantage
• Familiarity with local area and general concierge services; ability to enforce hotel's standards, policies and procedures with all staff
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
