Junior Sushi Chef / Sushi Apprentice 壽司細工 / 壽司學徒

Responsibilities :
• Prepare and serve sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes in accordance with restaurant standards
• Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed
• Maintain excellence customer service with guests

Requirements:
​​​• Minimum 1 year of F&B experience in the well-known Japanese restaurant
​​​• Willing to work with Japanese Chef
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational 
• Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
​​​• Fluent in Cantonese
​​​• Basic command of English & Japanese
​​​• Less experience candidates will be consider as the Sushi Apprentice
