Restaurant Manager (Contemporary Cantonese Cuisine)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily operation including team management, staff coaching & daily administrations
  • Work closely with the kitchen & floor team to ensure a smooth operation
  • Lead, supervise and coach the team to deliver high standards of service
  • Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with guests 
  • Provide job training for new join staff
  • Ensure tidiness and cleanliness within the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years restaurant management experiences
  • Knowledge in wine will be a definite advantage (WSET level 1 or above)
  • Experience in fine dining is preferred
  • Passionate about Cantonese and Fine-dining culture and cuisine 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, people management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic personality, self-initiative, with good customer service and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of General Manager
