Clinic In-Charge

What You'll Do:

• Manger and oversee day-to-day clinic operations from administration to manpower arrangement
• Key person to estimate and maintain accurate clinic budget, work record and inventory level
• Provide ideas to office level and assist in improvement plan implementation
• Work on procurement and maintain good level of clinic equipment and medical consumable goods
• Provide relevant training and conduct performance review for clinic employees
• Drive and improve patient journey that in line with company visions and values

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of all-round clinic experience, including reception duties, blood-taking, dispensing, assisting medical procedures, etc.
• Experience in GP clinic management and Checkup services is a plus
• Nursing background is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including outlook, words and excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred
