JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly report to the Hotel General Manager, this position is a member of the Excom leading a F&B team of over hundred staff to operate the Hotel F&B venues, outlets, bar, food hall and banquet operation for a multi-million dollars portfolio;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure Financial profitability in all venues , clearly focusing on product, guest experience and performance
  • Oversee menu engineering and development, pricing & promotions events with excellent control in food cost to maximize profit margin;
  • Responsible for reviewing and presenting performance results to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, providing solutions for improvement to Hotel key performance indicators (KPIs) and corporate standards;
  • Work and manage third party Food Hall vendors to ensure smooth operation of the Food Hall;
  • Makes recommendations for CAPEX funding of food and beverage equipment and renovations in accordance with brand business strategy;
  • Develop and maintain food safety and control policy procedures to lead the team in accomplishing the HACCP certification;
  • Actively support social and community programs to showcase hotel’s DEI activation and triple bottom line business model.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or above in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Event Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years or above food and beverage experience in hotel or related industry, with at least 2 years or above in senior leadership role in managing all day dining and Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant is a plus;
  • Creative mind-set with strong strategic analytical ability, able to meet market demand to maximize revenue in achieving budget;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skill with strong agreeance with Triple Bottom Line Model to respect humanity and treasure diversity;
  • Experience in leading HACCP certification program would be a plus.
