We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Digital Growth Manager.
Principal responsibilities:
- Manage the deployment of the overarching commercialisation business strategy that positions Digital as an increasing driver of WPB’s revenue, cost and business improvement
- Build Digital Proposition, leverage on our bank’s product / service edges in digital platform and raise awareness of our digital brand
- Optimisation of customer communications on digital platforms, to be conducted in close partnership with the Marketing function with the aim to enhance brand awareness, expand the digital customer base, increase traffic & usage to our digital platforms
- Drive and share best practice to improve digital experience based on research and customer feedback
- Collaborate with business units, channel teams, marketing and IT for the design and management of the digital customer journeys from acquisition, on boarding, retention to reactivation, with the connectivity power of external media & our mobile / internet to drive brand awareness and customer stickiness
- Develop an expert knowledge of customer base, market trends, and competitor activities for the support of strategic direction
- Explore new digital marketing trends, continually research and identify opportunities to enhance the digital marketing mix.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR other relevant qualifications
- At least 5 years’ retail banking experience is preferred
- Solid experience in digital experience enhancement and /or digital marketing
- Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to respond resourcefully when change occurs by applying change principles for successful navigation through change
- Strong Self-motivation with good project management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
- Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
