- Perform Front Office Operations in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure all guests enquiries are met in prompt, informative yet friendly solution
- Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the hotel at every opportunity, and upholds its image at all times
Job Requirements:
- 1 year working experience in customer service is preferred
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality
