Job Duties
Assist the Senior Facilities Manager to:-
- Respond to the Club inquires and concerns. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to the club. Follow up with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee the operation with the team to ensure maintenance, housekeeping, security, valet, gardener and linen service are delivered in compliance with the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) to achieve the Key Performance Index (KPI) targets
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the operation is in alignment with company standards
- Assist in the preparation of annual facilities budget, forecasts and contracts
- Review and maintain service reports and agreements and manage external contractors and vendors
- Monitor the planned preventive maintenance programme
- Implement company policy, guidelines to ensure the facilities services are in normal
- Maintain the work order system. Assign and communicate work orders to multiple technicians and assists management in resolving problems
- Process invoices and related administration work
Qualification & Skills
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Housing / Facilities Management or related disciplines
- Minimum two years of related progressive experience and/or training
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese language skills
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
- Ability in problem solving and decision making
- Good skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet
- Support between Clubs.
- Shift work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Facilities Officer position.
