We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform Front Office operations in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide a warm, welcoming and personalized experiences to all guests
  • Ensure that all guest enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful and professional manner
  • Assist Marriott Bonvoy members' check-in and check-out at Priority Counter
  • Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the Hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times

Requirements:

  • 1 year’ relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
  • Guest Oriented, detail-minded and a team player
