Major Responsibilities:
- Perform Front Office operations in a timely and professional manner
- Provide a warm, welcoming and personalized experiences to all guests
- Ensure that all guest enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful and professional manner
- Assist Marriott Bonvoy members' check-in and check-out at Priority Counter
- Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the Hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times
Requirements:
- 1 year’ relevant experience in similar capacity
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
- Guest Oriented, detail-minded and a team player
