Working Hours: No overnight shift required

Employment Term: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform Front Office administrative duties in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage guest room inventory, assist in room allocation, and check room status after guests’ departure
  • Handle incoming calls and queries in professional manner
  • Attend to emails and assist in the preparation of groups arrival and departure
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned by Superior

Requirements:

  • 1 year relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and OPERA (PMS)
  • Proactive, detail-minded and a team player
